The best part is, with Compass Concierge, Compass covers the bill for the upfront costs. I will work with you to develop a strategic, specially-tailored plan to get your house in the best condition possible, and you won’t have to pay a dime until your home closes.

How Does It Work?

You will work with me to create a one-of-a-kind strategy on how to optimize your home’s value. Perhaps the living room could use a fresh coat of paint or your master bedroom could benefit from a custom closet or an updated backsplash. Compass experts have a deep understanding of the best practices for marketing homes in general as well as a keen eye and knowledge on how to work with the unique strengths and challenges of your own house.
One the sale is complete, you will pay Compass for the total cost of the work—and not a cent more. Unlike other concierge services, there are no extra costs or fees. You don’t have to pay a participation fee or interest. What you see is what you get.
To be eligible, all you have to do is list your home exclusively with Compass. There are no minimum listing prices, so whether your property has two bedrooms or ten, Compass is ready to assist you. Compass Concierge is available in all 22 markets that Compass currently serves, so you can get the help you need from anywhere in the country. Compass Concierge is compatible with almost every vendor, so there are very few limitations.

Are there any services not covered by the program?

Our goal is for Concierge to help as many clients as possible. The program is intentionally flexible; we've developed Concierge to be used with most vendors for your convenience.

When do I have to pay for the services?

You’ll pay once one of the following happens (whichever occurs first): - Your home sells - You terminate your listing agreement with Compass - 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
